Always include a colon between minutes and seconds (for example 5:00 for five minutes, or 1:30). Use h:mm:ss after the first hour. Values sync with the timeline once both fields are valid.
Whisper processes audio in sliding windows. Shorter windows run more decode steps so the transcript refreshes more often (more work in the browser).
